But when I needed service done on my last truck a 2020 they failed to help me out . I that I lost my truck in there service department. Amy has been very helpful in getting my new truck. We recently worked with Anthony to purchase a used vehicle for our son and had a great experience. We found the car online and live almost 2 hours away. He responded quickly to our inquiry and answered a number of questions via text. After speaking with him over the phone, we made the trek to Monona and had the deal done in 30 minutes, including a fair deal on our trade. I highly reccomend working with Anthony and Birdnow.
I'm neutral with my opinion they offer a service in a small town so thats the service you get from your small town. I think if there was some other dealership like next door that give them some competition you might see some competitive prices come into play. Just my thoughts about it.

I searched far and wide for a low mile Chevy ZR2 diesel pickup and found it at Birdnow Chevrolet. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating.
