Three weeks after I bought a used car from them I found a puddle of coolant on the garage floor. My local shop determined that the radiator needed to be replaced. I reached out to Adam to see what could be done. Without hesitation Adam asked for the invoice, honored their 30 day warranty and put a check in the mail. My truck broke down in Monona on a Sunday afternoon while I was hauling a trailer full of household goods while moving my family across the state. My truck needed work, parts couldn’t be procured until Monday, but my kids and I needed to be at school/work the next day. On short notice and after hours, they were able to get me back on my way with a suitable vehicle to continue hauling the loaded trailer across the state so I could get to work and avert a disaster. I was able to return the vehicle back to the dealership the following weekend when I had time to make it back up there. Small town generosity at its best!
