I had a pretty great experience doing business with Birdnow Chevrolet. Amy was great to work with in the sales department and Adam really stepped up as a manager. Three weeks after I bought a used car from them I found a puddle of coolant on the garage floor. My local shop determined that the radiator needed to be replaced. I reached out to Adam to see what could be done. Without hesitation Adam asked for the invoice, honored their 30 day warranty and put a check in the mail. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this experience is not typical at all. Birdnow has earned a life long customer. I live 3 hours away but I will be checking their inventory the next time I’m shopping for a car. Great job guys, keep up the good work. I can’t thank Justin and the Birdnow team enough for their extraordinary generosity. My truck broke down in Monona on a Sunday afternoon while I was hauling a trailer full of household goods while moving my family across the state. My truck needed work, parts couldn’t be procured until Monday, but my kids and I needed to be at school/work the next day. On short notice and after hours, they were able to get me back on my way with a suitable vehicle to continue hauling the loaded trailer across the state so I could get to work and avert a disaster. I was able to return the vehicle back to the dealership the following weekend when I had time to make it back up there. Small town generosity at its best!

Outstanding dealership! Quality vehicles and good prices. I bought a late model pre-owned truck. Several days later, a couple of mechanical issues surfaced. I live about an hour away. I called Adam and asked what local dealer I should take the truck to. He offered to pick the truck up at my home, leave a vehicle with me to use, have it serviced and return it to me. He communicated with me regarding what needed to be done and when it would be ready. Three days later I had the truck back at no cost to me. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

What a pleasure it was doing business with the folks at Birdnow. I came from Montana to Wisconsin to do a little deer hunting. My truck ended up breaking down (bent rod and stuck lifter). They got me in and gave me a quote and told me it would be about a week before they could get it in and fixed. They gave me a loner truck so I could continue to do my hunting. Four days before it was scheduled to be fixed, I received a call letting me know it was ready for me to pick it up. The bill was exactly what they quoted me and I was able to return to Montana on time. Under promise and over deliver!!!!

We were in the market for a new truck. Told Michael what we were looking for and he worked his magic. He even came in on his day off for my husband to test drive it. We will be back as long as Michaels selling!

We have been looking for a Jeep and was willing to fly out to TX! Amazingly, we found one that works for us at Birdnow, in Monona, IA. We drove 3 hours and it was well worth it. The dealership did not disappoint. Amy was very helpful as well as Bryar. It had a hometown feel, no gimmicks, no pushing of extra stuff. The whole process was under 1 hour!
