I began looking for a fairly specific vehicle, a used Chevy Blazer several years old, a specific color, but lower miles. I found one online from Birdnow, gave them a call, and talked to Tom. He was very helpful, confirming they still had the vehicle, some additional details, and since I was traveling several hours, we confirmed a day I could be there to check out the vehicle. It all worked out great. Tom and other staff were fun, polite, and efficient, and the negotiations for price and trade-in went smoothly, and the whole process was done in limited time. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future and would encourage others to check them out as well.

We found a great deal on a used Chevy Colorado truck on the Birdnows website. We worked with Anthony, our salesman, and then drove 2.5 hours to test drive the vehicle and ended up buying it the same day! There was a minor issue with a tire sensor, but they took care of it right away before we left. Unfortunately, once we got the truck home, we noticed a few other small issues that needed attention. We reached out to Birdnow, and they generously reimbursed us for everything that needed to be fixed. They offer truly excellent customer service, and we would highly recommend this dealership
