We had been searching for awhile to find a Subaru Acsent for our growing family and I am so glad we ended up working with Byrar and the Birdnow team. We traveled a ways to see the vehicle and they were so accommodating and efficient with getting us in the vehicle and assessing our trade. They were flexible and met us with a fair price that allowed us to take the vehicle home same day. About 2 months after the purchase we were experiencing some issues with the struts that had been replaced prior to purchase and when we reached out, they gave top notch customer service by arranging to come pick up the vehicle so we didnt have to make the 2 hour trip, gave us a loaner, and fixed the problem quickly. Even with that hiccup, I'd highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from Birdnow.

But when I needed service done on my last truck a 2020 they failed to help me out . I that I lost my truck in there service department. Amy has been very helpful in getting my new truck.
